(Sodium Chondroitin sulphate, Hydrolyzed proteins), soya bean oil, Beeswax, Emulsifier: soya lecithin, Vitamin C, mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, Vitamin D prep (fractionated vegetable oil, vitamin D, DL alpha Tocopherol)
- Start with 2 capsules a day, later you may feel you want to reduce to 1 a day.
