Complan contains all the goodness of a balanced light meal. It is specially fortified with 26 essential vitamins and minerals including:

Skimmed cow's milk, lactose (from cow's milk), maltodextrin, vegetable oils (palmolein, sunflower oil), sucrose, dextrose, cocoa powder, magnesium hydrogen phosphate, xanthan gum, flavouring, sodium L-ascorbate, calcium carbonate, ferrous sulphate, L-ascorbic acid, DL-?-tocopherol, nicotinamide, choline chloride, zinc sulphate, calcium D-pantothenate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, phytomenadione, pyridoxine hydrochloride, manganese sulphate, thiamin hydrochloride, cupric sulphate, DL-?-tocopheryl acetate, retinyl palmitate, riboflavin, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin, potassium iodide, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite.
- 200ml (1/3 pint) of water or milk (cold or warm)
- A whisk or fork
- A glass or mug
- A sachet of Complan (choose from Rich Chocolate, Velvety Vanilla, Summer Strawberry or Delicious Banana)
- Add a little of the water or milk to a glass or mug and add one sachet of Complan.
- Mix to a paste with a whisk or fork.
- Top up with 200ml (1/3 pint) of water or milk, stirring continuously. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before enjoying your delicious drink.
