B complex tablet

The B-complex contains B vitamins, which promote the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

Deficiency of one of these vitamins or increased need for them also causes the need for other vitamins from this group.

Therefore, when signs of a deficiency of any B vitamin group appear, it is necessary to take the whole vitamin B complex.
