Dexorange Plus provides iron in the form of Ferric Ammonium Citrate. It rapidly supplements elemental iron so that iron deficiency is quickly controlled, thus leading to faster correction of anaemia and replenishment of tissue iron stores.
Dexorange Plus also provides Cyanocobalamin and Folic Acid which are the most important hematinic factors. Both these vitamins are essential for maturation of red blood cells.
