      ideally the araba ba zhen is more of a natural base product and as such shouldnt cause much harm so the ideal thing to do is to allow for some interval between that and your antidiabetics ie 30mins to 1 hour is okay so you can take both drugs

      Good afternoon, the Araba Ba Zhen pills is to improve menstrual flow if already having menses and slightly irregular. however yours has ceased for over a month, so it will be advisable to get to the cause of it by seeing a gynecologist. Once it is confirmed here is no medical reason then maybe you can try the pills but i cannot guarantee that they will make your menses flow again.

      Hi Belinda ,you can go ahead and take the pills. You should be fine if it’s just irregular menses. But if there is a serious underlying cause, kindly see a Doctor immediately. It means that your problem will persist after taking for seven days.
