Aloe Vera 5000mg Capsules contain Aloe Vera which is also known as nature’s miracle plant has been used through the centuries both internally and externally for its proven and wide ranging beneficial properties to the human body. When Should Take Aloe Vera Capsules?
Aloe Vera can be taken as a topical application two weeks after surgery to help the healing process and can be used immediately if sunburnt or burnt by any other means. Internally, Aloe Vera can be used as and when needed to calm down digestive complaints.

Adults and children over 6 years of age, one capsule daily with a meal. Adults can increase dosage to two capsules daily if required. Capsules to be swallowed whole with water or used externally. To apply externally, pierce the capsule and squeeze the contents onto the skin, massaging until fully absorbed. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
